Withdrawal Procedure



Students who wish to withdraw from school must indicate their decision in writing to the administrator to initiate the proper procedure for withdrawal. The withdrawal form must be signed by all teachers, the librarian and executive assistant indicating that the student is free of any obligations. All library and class materials must be returned before the student leaves the school. All outstanding fees, fines and damage charges must be paid before the student records will be released. Students planning to enrol in another school must present a written request for an official transcript. The administration may require up to 10 working days to process the transcript. Only after all of the above procedures have been completed will the student be officially withdrawn from the school.
