School Administration
The School of the Nations is a non-profit school administered by a Director and Administrative Team.
The Director and Deputy Director are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school as well as its strategic development.
The 4-member administrative team is composed of level administrators for kindergarten, primary, middle school, and secondary. Additionally, several subject coordinators offer targeted assistance to teachers.

Mode of Functioning
Consultation is the overarching principle that guides the administration of the school. Through this approach, reality is investigated and diverse perspectives harmonized. This is applied both to the internal functioning of the administrative team as well as its interaction with teachers, students and the school community.
At times, consultation at the school is undertaken between those regarded as equals with the aim of reaching a joint decision. Other times, it takes the form of a discussion to draw out thoughts and information towards the enrichment of common understanding, but with the decision being made by those with authority.
Efforts are made to create an atmosphere in the school in which relevant information and knowledge flow openly and in which the results of consultation in all spaces are conveyed in ways that promote understanding and consensus.
School of the Nations Council
The School of the Nations Council was established by the Badi Foundation in 2016. It provides support, advice, consultation, and oversight related to the continuous development and implementation of the school’s mission and vision.
Higher level issues related to the School’s vision and operations are explored here, such as the school’s strategic plan, educational programmes, human resources, finances, and community and governmental relations.
The School Council collaborates closely with the School Director and Administrative Team and reports to the Badi Foundation’s Board of Curators. It follows a Constitution and can be reached by e-mail at soncouncil@badi-foundation.org.
